  I've had cookie 'cakes' in the past for birthdays from other places, so I thought there wouldn't be much variety. It was my birthday, so I went to get a 12" cookie that was covered in white icing with a Happy Birthday message on it. First off, the service was horrible. The lady working the counter seemed like she wanted to do anything but work. She never cracked a smile, and seemed critical of us wanting the whole thing covered in icing. She tried to discourage us by saying miserably that this request would cost us more (which we didn't care about). She tried to also discourage the order by saying that it will take a long time to do. However, when we asked how long, she said only about 30-45 minutes. When we picked up the cookie, we were so disappointed that it was iced with whipped icing instead of the buttercream icing we were used to with other cookie stores. The cookie itself seemed very dry, as if it was the display cookie over a week old. All in all, we will never get another cookie with them again!
